We leveraged this idea and went beyond by building a comprehensive pricing matrix based on building verticals and geography in order to provide fixed pricing. These quotes serve as an agreement and provide our clients with clarity on the agreed upon work to be scheduled, total price as well as terms and conditions. Our goal was to provide clients with upfront certainty of cost for a completed job as well as to minimize back-end processing and administration which didn't add any value to the service we provided.
