As part of my mandate to make CCIS a “First Call” commercial installation and assembly company, I’m committed to making investments dedicated to ensuring the quality and consistency of our technical services. Our clients have looked to us to take steps to this end and I am very happy to announce a first important development in delivering that objective.
CCIS is pleased to announce the appointment of Al Nauss to the position of National Technical Director that we created at the beginning of August. Al is responsible for developing and managing our company’s technical expertise and assure the quality of execution of the work for all our projects. His expertise will also be used for evaluating jobs for the purposes of refining our ability to scope the project. As part of his new role, he is also be tasked with identifying and promoting Regional Technical Leads to help him achieve his mandate – you should expect developments and announcements on this front in the next weeks. We feel that these Regional Technical Leads will offer precious local presence to assist our technicians on the ground as well as act as company contact for our your territory managers and salespeople.
